Last night I read up on some recipes on breakfast.
I saw this recipe from HHB's blog which I bookmarked last year. I did experimented on this recipe before and the result was actually quite good. But my girl doesn't not fancy cranberries, so I recalled I finished all the scones. For some reason, scones always remind me of English Hi-tea - imagine sipping Earl Grey tea while enjoying the warm scones spread with butter or jam :) I decided that scones shall be my breakfast today :D

Firstly, pardon me for the poor image quality. It has been raining all day today, the sky was grey so I had to turn on the spot light at my dinning table to take photos of the konnyaku jelly.
This is my 3rd time making konnyaku jelly, but the first time in these pretty konnyaku jelly moulds :D Someone gave me these old jelly moulds and I was indeed very happy to receive them, as I could not find them in Fairprice, Cold Storage, or Japan Home. I read on someone's blog that it's available in Phoon Huat, but I was too lazy to make a trip there :p

When I saw this recipe on Noobcook's blog, I know I got to make these :D It looks really simple - minimum efforts, maximum returns, wow! Thanks Noobcook for sharing the recipe! :)
My sis bought a tub of honey joys last week. It turns out that my hubby really likes this :D I have been complaining that he hardly wants to try my bakes, but he enjoys cookies other people baked. So last night, he asked me to bake this honey joys. And I did today! Ha!
This is something I cook very often, like every 2 weeks. It's my girl's favorite dish :D She would always eat her meals happily whenever I prepared this dish. So I love to cook this dish. It is easy (really!) and I love to see her smile :)
I really really must thank Noobcook for this fantastic recipe :) The step-by-step photos are really helpful and nicely taken ;)
There are lots of cookies baking these few weeks, as we gear up for CNY :) CNY is the perfect excuse for me to bake more cookies, as I seldom bake cookies during normal days. Cookies are not exactly the healthiest food I guess :p But remember, moderation is the key! :)
I couldn't resist to try baking these when I saw the recipe shared by travellingfoodies. The ingredients are simple and few, and the steps look straightforward enough for me to follow :D Hehe.
